* Have substantial business in Hong Kong
* Mainly engaged in research and development in the fields of advanced communication technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, network security, data analysis, digital entertainment, financial technology, green technology, integrated circuit design, Internet, materials science, microelectronics, quantum technology or robotics technology Work
* Explain why it is not easy to find enough talents with the required skills or experience in Hong Kong

* Full-time employee
* Salary and benefits are roughly the same as the market at that time
* A "STEM" degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics from a specially recognized university
* No work experience required for holding a master's or doctoral degree
* Bachelor's degree holders must have at least one year of work experience in related technology fields
* Not applicable to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, Nepal and Vietnam
