Hong Kong's "Top Talent Pass" program aims to recruit high-income graduates and graduates from top universities to work in Hong Kong. As long as they meet the general immigration requirements, they will be allowed to stay in Hong Kong for 24 months without any other stay conditions. After living continuously for no less than 7 years, you can apply for the right of abode in Hong Kong.
* No serious criminal record
* Meet one of the application categories:
• Those with an annual salary of $2.5 million, regardless of academic qualifications; or
• Bachelor's degree from one of the world's top 100 universities, with at least 3 years of work experience in the past 5 years; or
• Graduated from a top 100 university in the world with a bachelor's degree in the past 5 years, with less than 3 years of work experience subject to annual quotas)
* Not applicable to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, Nepal and Vietnam
* Anyone who meets the above requirements can apply

3/ For the avoidance of doubt, academic qualifications and honorary bachelor's degrees obtained from colleges of continuing and professional education, branch campuses, extension colleges or affiliated colleges established by the world's top 100 universities will not be accepted.
