Turkish Citizenship by Investment Program


The Turkish Citizenship by Investment Program is a program launched by the Turkish government where foreign investors obtain citizenship of the country through investment. Investors can choose to invest by purchasing real estate or by bank deposits.

After successfully passing the plan, investors and their family members will obtain Turkish citizenship and enjoy corresponding rights and benefits. This program has quick processing times, relatively simple requirements, and allows for multiple citizenships.

Application requirement :

* The main applicant must be over 18 years old

* No criminal record (background check)

* Purchase a local home worth at least US$400,000 or;

* Deposit USD 500,000 (need to be converted to lira) to a local bank

  • 1. Preliminary inquiries to AIMS and understand the project content
  • 2. Sign a service agreement with AIMS and pay the service fee, and collect various documents from the applicant at the same time
  • 3. Open a bank account and authorize a lawyer to open a bank account
  • 4. Select a property, authorize a lawyer to purchase the property, and complete the investment required by the government; you will receive an investment confirmation letter
  • 5. Submit the residence card application and the whole family lands Turkey once to complete the data collection, then the residence card will be issued
  • 6. Submit citizenship application; wait for passport to be issued
