U.S. Employment Base Immigration program (EB5)

The EB-5 program is the fifth priority category of employment base immigration established by the U.S. government in the immigration law in 1990 for overseas investment immigrants, referred to as "EB-5". The purpose is to encourage overseas investors to obtain permanent residence in the United States through investment. It is a convenient channel with the least restrictive application qualifications among all immigration categories in the United States.
