Employer Guarantee (Mainland), GEP (Non mainland)

The Hong Kong government announced that it will actively "attract enterprises" and "attract talents". In terms of measures to attract talents in the "Policy Address", it includes a number of "attract talents" measures such as the loosen requirement of general employment policies at the end of last year. Employers can apply directly without proving that local recruitment is difficult.

Basic requirements :

1. The applicant has a good educational background/technical qualification
2. The applicant has no criminal record or bad immigration record
3. The applicant must have job offer, and the job must be related to his education or work experienc
4. Salary and benefits are at market rates.
